In the United States, Tradebe Environmental Services has 30 sites and serves customers from a broad range of markets, from petrochemicals to aerospace and hospitals, with unparalleled safety and quality standards.The OpportunityTradebe is searching for technology savvy candidates for the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure customer set-up, submission of invoices to our customers and posting of payments received in a timely manner. Key Job Responsibilities * Submit invoices to customers via email or portal. * Apply cash payments to customer accounts. * Monitor and respond to inquiries in the credit and collections email inboxes. * Process new account information forms and set up in our system. * Accept credit card payments for COD orders. * Issue statements and dunning reminders to customers. * Perform other duties as assigned.
