Job Description The Leasing Consultant serves as a brand ambassador for Tricon and plays a pivotal role in driving leasing activity in the market. They are tasked with building relationships with prospects to help them find suitable future homes for themselves and their families. Leasing Consultants are engaged in all aspects of the marketing and leasing of our vacant and coming soon homes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.Create positive and influential relationships with assigned prospects, real estate agents and brokers in a courteous and professional manner, prioritizing customer service above all elseMeet and/or exceed all monthly goalsResponsible for all leasing functions, pre-qualifying applicants and gathering complete applicationsResponsible for all aspects of lead management within Tricon's CRM Program including but not limited to appointment confirmation, follow up and documentation, scheduling modifications organizationManagement of individual MLS account activity related to marketing product and managing advertised specials, as neededDevelops relationships with local community and is the brand ambassador for the companyConduct property inspections on aged homes in marketing to confirm quality assurance for prospect tours, as neededPerform Occupancy Checks, assist with inspections, post notices, as neededAttend weekly mandatory sales meeting with manager to discuss lead management updates, property inspection updates, interior/exterior recommendations and/or challenges related to leasingSupport Leasing Manager to monitor Tricon and all other necessary websites to ensure accurate pricing, list of amenities, and photos are present on all available homesStay abreast of all market conditions and trends Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Working knowledge of state Multiple Listing Service (MLS) where license applicableKnowledge of Yardi preferredMust possess excellent customer service skills, a strong background in organizational skills and attention to detailBasic financial acumen with ability to use mobile office electronic toolsPossess the ability to work within team structured environment in efforts to meet both individual and specified team goalsAbility to effectively reflect company core values throughout interaction with internal and external customers Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GEDACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE required - As a Tricon employee you would be required to hang your license and will not be permitted to practice Real Estate while employed. Exceptions to this will only be considered in rare circumstances and with prior approval.
