The Manager’s main responsibility is: Managing the patient’s experience, care, outcomes, and retention. Guide patients through their journey with empathy and compassion Set clear expectations and goals for patients Hold patients accountable to ensure successful outcomes Manage and oversee clinical, administrative, and exercise teams Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on clinic growth QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a health or management-related field 3- 5 years of leadership experience Passion for changing lives, one patient at a time Embodies servant leadership Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills AS A CORELIFE TEAMMATE, YOU CAN EXPECT: A competitive salary ($55,000 to $70,000 based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-covered life insurance Wide selection of ancillary benefits Paid time off 7 paid holidays Retirement plan CoreLife is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
