The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in finance and bankruptcy law, including experience with both secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructuring. Specific experience with franchisors and representing financial institutions in all debtor/creditor relations phases is desirable.
