WIN Waste Innovations is a vertically integrated business with a platform of 50 strategically located collection, transfer, and disposal assets. These include waste-to-energy facilities, transfer stations, ash monofills, landfills, and fleets of rail cars and collection vehicles. We process more than 11 million tons of waste annually, converting 6.7 million tons of waste into clean, renewable energy that powers 340,000 homes. We recycle more than 234,000 tons of plastic, paper, and metals from the waste stream. We are looking for a Logistics and Routing Coordinator out of our corporate office in Portsmouth, NH. Responsibilities: * Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics including routing efficiency, customer service frequency, container optimization. * Problem-solving skills to take quick and decisive action to optimize routes in an efficient manner * Effective oral communication skills to collaborate with local operations teams, drivers, and other internal customers * Familiarity with logistics routing software * Ability to think outside the box when spotting opportunities for improvement * In-depth knowledge of routing efficiency and optimization * Must be able to provide customer support for routing issues * Responsible for reporting and root causing sequence compliance opportunities * Must be able to receive feedback and work closely with local site leadership for continuous improvement * Responsible for maintaining routes including adding/removing stops * Additional tasks may be assigned by their direct supervisor * Ride along with drivers to understand routing opportunities, efficiencies, and container optimizations * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is preferred Qualifications * 2+ years of relevant experience in routing and dispatching * Ability to learn at a fast pace with initiative * Ability to interpret data effectively At WIN Waste Innovations Technologies, each eligible employee receives a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Short Term Disability.
