Room Attendant Job Description:We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at our hotel. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, ensuring they are tidy, sanitary, and inviting for guests. Responsibilities:- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture- Clean and disinfect bathrooms- Restock amenities and supplies in rooms- Report any maintenance or repair issues to maintenance staff- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and promote a safe work environmentRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred- Ability to work efficiently and independently- Strong attention to detail- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects- Good communication skills- Must be able to work weekends and holidaysIf you are a hardworking and reliable individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to have you join our team as a Room Attendant.
