Responsibilities Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems: Efficiently identify and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance Rack Building and Networking: Assemble and configure AV racks and networking equipment with precision Installation: Install speakers, screens, shades, TVs, and other AV and control equipment to meet client specifications Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Programming and Configuration: Apply basic knowledge of programming and configuring devices to tailor systems to client requirements. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with current industry trends and advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions. General Installation Tasks: Perform other installation-related tasks as required to support project completion and client satisfaction. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in the AV industry. Independence: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Programming Skills: Savant basic programming experience preferred. Stress Management: Ability to work under pressure, assess multiple demands, and manage priorities effectively. Customer Service: Exemplary customer service skills with a positive attitude. Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
