You can be part of this growing and dynamic church.The LifeGroups & Operations Pastor/Director will identify and develop leaders, help LifeGroup leaders form and maintain small groups, and mobilize people to engage in mission efforts This person will also coordinate operations at a physical location, provide support to staff and attenders, and lead volunteer teams to execute initiatives at their location. Who you are: A team player who grows through experiences and open rapport with staff and key campus leaders Experienced in coaching, managing, and developing leaders Be exceptionally organized with an operational and administrative mind Able to think, plan, and act strategically and relationally Have an eye for details and the capacity to see the big picture Have a passion to help people grow personally and spiritually What you'll do: Develop leaders and build the LifeGroups & Operations culture at a specific campus Coordinate campus tasks, projects, events, and communication Interact with attendees and staff daily through phone, email, Church Unlimited app, and face-to-face Lead volunteers to assist with office work, events, and special projects while helping other teams accomplish their goals Be responsible for the effectiveness and measurable outcomes of the campus LifeGroups & Operations ministry For bonus points: Can have a conversation, review a contract, plan an event, write an email, teach a life lesson, count money, and smile all at the same time Have a calm face that masks a brain working at warp speedsWe cannot guarantee a response to every application, but we will contact you within 10 business days if we would like to take you to the next phase of our search process.
