Benefits: $25-30/hr Full time with overtime opportunities Truck provided Our company is looking for an entry level Electrician Apprentice. You will work under the guidance of an experienced Electrical Foreman assisting in the installation, alteration, addition, and/or repair of electrical systems on residential pools. The ideal candidate will be working towards a career in Electrician services. Responsibilities: Assist in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as wiring, conduit, and pool pumps Maintain tools and equipment and keeps supplies and parts in order Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment Help in securing, relocating and organizing materials, small tools, and equipment from and back to appropriate storage areas Keep work area clean by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials, and refuse Assists in pulling wire, lifting, hoisting and positioning materials May operate hand tools and equipment under direct supervision of a Foreman or more senior electrician Assists more senior personnel in electrical installations, connections, and terminations under close supervision Performs other project related duties and assignments as instructed by supervisor Requirements: Mechanically inclined Open to working in an attic Has begun or attained current certification through industry standard agency or process; trade school degree a plus! High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in the construction industry performing electrical and commercial electrical new construction and remodel construction preferred Ability to use both manual and power tools Ability to safely perform tasks Ability to lift up to 55 lbs Powered by JazzHR
