An installer position is fast:paced and is physically demanding. Para texto en español, ver abajo What you'll do as an HVAC Technician : Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, and other products, following all safety rules and manufacturer specifications: Identify, wire, and start:up complete residential systems: Troubleshoot, recommend and resolve/repair all issues to keep equipment functioning properly: May perform start:ups, testing and recording results for each system during start:up to ensure the system is functioning properly: Perform proper inspection of system and inform dispatch/customer of any outstanding concerns: Explain each service and repair performed to dispatch/customer: Directly coordinate with office for day:to:day work schedule: Facilitate orders for all parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of service: Transport parts, materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of assigned items: Debrief all service(s) provided with dispatch/customer after each service call with respective documentation: Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion: Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out: Abide by all company standards of performance and code of ethics: Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates: Ensure all foot ware has protective floor savers while working in client home: Provide excellent customer service: Complete paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner: Follow safety policies and procedures. Minimum qualifications and what you'll need to be able to do : Be at least 18 years old: Lift up to 50 pounds: Able to work at heights and use a ladder: Have 3 years prior HVAC service experience: Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: Comfortable in small, confined spaces like attics: Able to withstand extreme temperatures and weather conditions while wearing PPE: Go up and down stairs: Adhere to strict safety, quality, and organizational standards: Able to use a computer for basic tasks: Communicate and read in English: Have a valid driver's license and able to drive to and from job sites: Must have a CFC certification What its like to work at Airtron : Safety Culture.Airtron is committed to safety and it's our 1 company value.
