Zahra Investments is looking for a Concierge Desk/Security Officer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and even better attention to detail. This position is based at our corporate office which houses a wide variety of businesses so discretion and professionalism is a must. Duties: Greet and direct guests as they arrive. Assist the Valet department as needed. Maintain property security by adhering to access protocol and actively monitoring the entry and exit of individuals within the tower. Maintain safe, clean, and organized concierge area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Present a neat and professional appearance. Ensure doors are secured properly after hours. Maintain a high level of customer service. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a security officer or in a related field is preferred but not necessary. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license. Powered by JazzHR
