The role involves drafting legal pleadings, conducting legal research, managing case deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal staff.Job Duties:Draft legal pleadings, notices of hearings, motions, and orders.Research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, codes, and related materials.Update case management system promptly to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Travel to court for hearings and client site visits as necessary.Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, internal staff, and other stakeholders.Identify legal issues requiring further review and analysis.Establish a follow-up system to ensure timely compliance with filing and service deadlines.Manage a high volume of files with accuracy and attention to detail.Attend routine and litigation hearings, settlement conferences, and court appearances as required.Manage own caseload with organizational proficiency.Review and correct case work prepared by paralegals as needed.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school.Active and in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar; additional admissions are a plus.Litigation skills including pleading, motion practice, and discovery.Experience with time entry and case management systems preferred.Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with attorneys, staff, and clients.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate positively at all levels.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook and Word.Location: Warrington, PABenefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan options.Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
