Job Overview The Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing complex marketing automation solutions utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in Marketing Cloud, with a strong technical background and the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Duties & Responsibilities Gather requirements, design, develop and configure customer-centric journeys that bring to life marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention Creating dynamic and segmented marketing campaigns using AMPscript and SQL expertise Build automations for marketing, analysis, and system maintenance using SQL knowledge Maintain and optimize SFMC for peak performance and data integrity Lead technical implementation of campaigns that align to our marketing and selling strategies, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business requirements and platform best practices Stay up to date with new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and technologies, and assess their impact on existing solutions Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture and data models, including Journey Builder and Email Studio Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise messaging for non-technical stakeholders Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 1 through up to 3 years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, marketing, computer science, and/or related field Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, including Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, and Developer, are preferred Work Environment Office environment#LI-HP1 As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status..
