This exceptional team takes pride in utilizing a very cohesive team of architects, engineers and designers to create a synchronized and streamline home building experience.Why join us?Competitive salary of $125K-$175K401kMedicalDentalCompany vehicleGas cardJob DetailsCurrently they are in growth mode and looking to add a Senior Project Manager with 5+ years of project management experience specifically on high-end custom homes.Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects and superintendents Collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and architects to determine the specifications Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are followed and completed in a timely and efficient manner Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines Determine and manage manpower, equipment resources, and rough/finished products from start to finish while maintaining attention to the budgetary limitations Evaluate construction progress and prepare detailed reports for senior project managers, company owners, and clients Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards Real-time documentation and communication of all project scope changes including updating the budgetRequirements: 5+ years of experience in project management within the high-end residential market Knowledge of all construction trades, engineering, architectural principles, and civil engineering Strong leadership and management skills Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for demanding clients Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget A team player with leadership abilities Familiarity with construction management software High School diploma or GED required.
