Job Summary: The Warehouse & Print Services Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the print and warehouse department. Manage inventory print production, treasury supplies management, and RDC scanner distribution. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in digital printing, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Print and Warehouse Management: Oversee the digital print production process, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient distribution of printed materials. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to printing equipment and processes. 2. Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all printing materials, treasury supplies, and serialized hardware assets. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste. 3. Print Operations: Supervise the check and deposit printing process, ensuring compliance with security protocols and accuracy standards. Monitor the workflow to ensure timely completion of printing tasks. Collaborate with the treasury team to fulfill printing requests and maintain supply levels. 4. Treasury Supplies Management: Oversee the distribution of treasury supplies, including check stock, deposit slips, and other related materials. Ensure that all supplies are securely stored and accurately accounted for. 5. RDC Scanner Distribution: Manage the daily shipping and receiving of RDC Scanners. Monitor the picking and shipping of RDC Scanners ensuring that the correct RDC scanner are pulled and shipped meet daily SLA standards. Receiving RDC units and entering serial numbers into our V-2 Data base. 6. Supervisory Duties: Oversee Georgia site employees as the supervisor on duty. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support. Actively support all departments. Actively support in the daily production duties for shipping and receiving. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance as required. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital printing with Xerox, HP, Ocea or similar equipment, inventory control, and operational supervision. Strong understanding of digital print technology and inventory management systems. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and experience with inventory management software; QuickBooks preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Ability to operate and troubleshoot printing equipment. Ability to perform shipping and receiving of Hardware and treasury supplies. Ability to use a forklift for warehouse pallet movements. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a secure facility with access to inventory. Regular interaction with various departments and external vendors. Work Schedule / Location: On-site, Monday to Friday 9:00amEST to 6:00pmEST
