Overview VPT Support Scheduling will work with the Senior Support Administrator of Analytical Support, the Director of Analytical Support, the Support Scheduling Team, and the Support Procurement Team to expedite services, improve customer satisfaction, and oversee service scheduling and trip planning. The Scheduling Specialist will also work with the other members of the Support Team and Authorized Service Providers (ASP) to help facilitate the resolution of external customer issues and questions.
