We are a family oriented association dedicated to maintaining a safe place for its members to enjoy the beach and water during the summer season.We are looking for swim instructors to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position requires that the candidate be extremely responsible and able to make quick and sound decisions in difficult situations. Candidates should have prior experience working with a variety of people and be able to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will have a complete understanding of all relevant safety policies and procedures, as well as a willingness to perform duties beyond those outlined in job descriptions. Candidates must have prior swim instruction experience. You must be certified in lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid. Responsibilities: Provide swim instruction for ages 2-10 years old. You will be required to provide a half hour lesson in groups by swim levels 2 nights a week or weekend mornings.
