Pediatric Occupational Therapist Oklahoma City, OklahomaTHERAPITAS is a growing pediatric outpatient practice seeking a motivated and energetic OTR to join our multi-disciplinary team. We pride ourselves on offering dedicated and compassionate therapy services to the Latino population and families across Oklahoma. The ideal candidate for this full-time position is someone who works well as a team in collaboration to provide the best pediatric therapy experience for our patients and their families. Required Qualifications: Masters level or higher degree in Occupational Therapy Oklahoma State License: OTR/L or ability to obtain Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success Experience with and/or knowledge of the pediatric population THE ABILITY TO SPEAK SPANISH IS NOT REQUIRED Occupational Therapist Responsibilities: Perform evaluations, create and follow plan of care for patients Perform documentation of services, meeting clinical expectations and payer regulations Supervise occupational therapy assistants Compensation Benefits: Competitive salary options Quarterly production bonus' PTO, with up to 10 days of PTO upon hire Paid Holidays (8 major holidays) Sick Leave CEU assistance, including an annual subscription to an online continuing education platform and a continuing education allowance Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance 401(k), with employer matching at 3% after 12 months of employment Flexible scheduling, Monday - Friday Yearly incentive increases based on performance New hire and continued mentorship by discipline-specific directors of therapy Mentorship Program: Mentorship from Director of Occupational Therapy with 18+ years of experience On-site mentorship by therapists with 5+ years of experience Collaboration with 3 clinics of OT professionals In-session assistance and guidance Case reviews with OT team Case reviews with Mentor Guidance and assistance with documentation Assistance with finding CEU to grow your knowledge To learn more about Therapitas please watch our informational video , as well as visit our website at: www.therapitas.com.
