Position Overview The Director of Human Resources (HR) will manage, coordinate, and evaluate the human resource functions at our facility. This role requires effective collaboration with leadership, staff, and external partners, managing organizational change, shaping workplace culture, and promoting initiatives that engage and retain employees, as indicated by our retention and turnover metrics. Requirements To excel in this role, candidates must successfully perform each essential function. The qualifications below represent the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Recruitment/Staffing Retention Performance Management Training and Development Compliance Staff Development Conflict Resolution Education/Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. 10 years of experience in Human Resources is required. At least 5 years of leadership experience in Human Resources is required, with a preference for experience in acute care settings.
