What You Will Get To Do: Run nightly End of Day production cycles for our (9) Lightning and Trade-Thru clients. Cut Client deliveries, upgrade and install client accounts. Responsible for monitoring and escalating email, reporting equipment failures, or errors in performance in a timely manner. Distribute / Receive detailed turnovers during shift changes. Scan and send out nightly production logs. Print out and verify Production Logs. Maintain & update documentation when necessary. What You Will Bring: The individual must be self-motivated; willingness for growth within the role, and gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, upon request to fulfill requirements to meet the business needs. Flexibility is essential in this role. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays upon request. Must be able to manage time effectively to meet critical deadlines. Good customer service, and communication skills is a must. Ability to monitor and escalate system / application errors as needed, in order not to disrupt the business. High School Diploma required Associate College Degree or Technical Certification a plus Microsoft Suite UNIX-based understanding Basic knowledge of printing, scanning, and faxing documentation to clients and inter-office personal. 1-2 years IT related experience Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
