Our client's Corporate Practice Group is seeking to hire a mid to senior level associate to join their Los Angeles office. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have: A least 4 years of experience working on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth/venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and other business transactions. Experience with deals in the software, technology, healthcare, or life sciences industries is a significant plus. Motivated self-starters with strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to excellence. Salary Range: $275,000 to $350,000In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
