Role: Machinist On-Site: Massillon, Ohio $2,500 Sign On Bonus! Recruiting Heroes is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Machinist to join our client's team in Massillon, Ohio. Primary Responsibilities: Perform repair and fabrication of components for ac/dc motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, turbines, etc. using manual lathes, mills, shapers, drill presses, grinders as well as electroplating. Candidate must apply knowledge of machining procedures, mechanics, mathematics, metal properties and layout. (This is not a CNC position.)Positive attitude, team atmosphere, and ability to adapt to changes in daily activities are essential. Position requires some travel and working overtime/weekends, as needed, to meet customer and in-house demands.
