You will work closely withproduct management,finance, sales,marketingand the senior managementteam, to maximize the profitability by systematically employing key pricing levers (Value, Pass-through, Transactional) You will deliver financialimpactby deploying best-in-class pricing tools to helpdecision making, and help drive adoption of existing pricing tools such as CPQ You will provide direction and assistance to E&M regarding all the pricing related activities and targets You will help make data-driven pricing decisions through analysis of price elasticity, inventory levels, order trends, and 80/20 segmentation You will leverage business and pricing acumen to identify and execute pricing opportunities and to support world class pricing operations You will lead pricing strategy for a >$1BP&L You will be responsible for monitoring pricing trends, providing analysis and commentary for corporate updates, and update monthly price impact forecasts Key Responsibilities * Partner with businessleadersto drive strong financial results* Identify pricing opportunities and provide pricing insights* Upgrade and optimize pricing models, dashboards, databases, and tools* Manage pricing workstreams and projects* Cascade and tailor corporateinitiativesinto the assigned Business Unit * Provide reporting and commentary of price performance and price forecast YOU MUST HAVE *Graduate degree inFinanceor Engineering, or Business from an accredited university of college. Post-Graduate preferred*5+ years of experience in Pricing Strategy, Execution orAnalysis;Product Management;FinanceorMarketing WE VALUE *B2B environment experience with channel pricing (distributors vs end-customers)*Global ProjectExperience*Process industries experience with price strongly influenced by commodity-type direct materials*Demonstrated results in large, international, complex, matrix organizations working with cross-functional teams in multiple sites/time zones*Executive presence to engage with AM and the assigned Business Unit leadership*Hands-on experience withERPs(SAP,Business Objects,Business Intelligence), pricing tools (PROS) and other tools (Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI)*Medium understanding offinancial analysisandbusiness strategy*Superiorproblem solvingandanalytical skills, with a results- anddetail-orientedmindset*Ability to manage and derive insights from large amounts of data, complemented with expert knowledge ofMS-Excelandvisualizationtechniques*Excellentproject management skills, balancing theoretical thought with practical execution*Self-startermentality with ability to manage and prioritize tasks with little guidance*Ability to convey information with clarity and directness Additional Information JOB ID: HRD235187 Category: Marketing Location: 115 Tabor Road,Morris Plains,New Jersey,07950,United States Exempt Global (ALL) Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
