Practice Area: Litigation - Health Care - Defense, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with federal and state court proceedings, arbitrations, and administrative hearings, along with a strong background in research, briefing, and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, written discovery, depositions, and client interactions. This role requires excellent writing skills, high energy, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
