We need Part-Time, Full-Time, & PRN Physical Therapists to join our team at Continuum Therapy Partners in Ohio & Northern Kentucky.. As a Physical Therapist at Continuum Therapy Partners, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive physical therapy programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives by optimizing physical function, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life. You'll Be Responsible For: Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, & potential for improvement Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments, medical history, & physician recommendations Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address patients' mobility, strength, balance, & coordination Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate & implement comprehensive care plans Educating patients & their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, & strategies for optimizing physical function Monitoring & document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes Staying informed about advancements in physical therapy through continuous learning & professional development Upholding ethical & professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, & colleagues You'll Need To Have: A Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Strong clinical reasoning & problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Compassionate & patient-centered approach to therapy We're Proud To Offer you: Competitive PTO and flexible schedules (full & part time team members) Medical through Blue Cross/Blue Shield Dental Insurance through Guardian Vision Insurance through Guardian Virtual Visit program Long and short term disability 401(K) Tuition Reimbursement Continuum Therapy Partners is a leading healthcare organization committed to providing high-quality therapy services across diverse healthcare settings.
