ENT needed in Lafayette, IN_x000D_1 hour to Indianapolis, IN_x000D_Full time, permanent_x000D x000D_Ideal candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care._x000D x000D_WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:_x000D_Flexible full-time schedule; no weekends or holidays_x000D_Average outpatient volume: 18 - 21 patients per day_x000D_Paid malpractice_x000D_27 days of Allowed Time Off plus five additional paid days for CME with annual stipend_x000D_Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insurance_x000D_Retirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a)_x000D_Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability_x000D_Customized marketing support_x000D_Leadership development through board and committee opportunities_x000D x000D_Lafayette is a multi-faceted town which encompasses a vibrant college scene, a beautiful natural landscape and a lively urban center.
