Director of Expansion and Growth Ridge Valley Exteriors is a dynamic sales and training organization specializing in Roofing, Solar, and Gutters and is looking for a Director of Expansion and Growth. This role involves traveling to open new markets for Our Company, developing strategies for business expansion, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. Responsibilities will include managing the company’s KPIs to ensure its continued growth and success in addition to recruiting, hiring and training new General Managers and Sales Representatives in these locations. As well as, lead the General Managers and Marketing Department to share the best practices as they arise. Additional responsibilities: Develop strategies: Create long-term growth strategies and innovation opportunities Analyze data: Use data to identify growth patterns, areas for improvement, and forecast the business's future Optimize: Optimize products, marketing efforts, and revenue funnels Collaborate: Work with teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, and product development, to achieve growth metrics Manage: Manage budgets and track performance metrics Qualifications: Willingness to travel Minimum 4 years experience of managing roofing sales or similar industry Intermediate Spanish (Preferred but NOT required) Ability to address issues promptly and calmly Compensation: Base plus a per market performance incentive.
