Sports Medicine Opening in Appleton, WI _x000D x000D_Seeking a BC/BE Sports Medicine physician to provide full-time coverage at the Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Center._x000D x000D_ 1.0 FTE _x000D_ 36 Contact hours per week _x000D_ 3 physicians, 1 APC in SM practice _x000D_ Total of 40+ physicians and APC in Ortho Surg, Sports Medicine, Pain management and PM&R _x000D_ Fully Integrated Orthopedic Service line; with Sports Medicine as the gateway to our business; highly collaborative atmosphere with surgeons and other specialty providers _x000D_ Ability to perform Procedures like US guided diagnostics and injections; PRP; Tenex HS Contracts with approximately 18 _x000D_ HS with approximate 10 in the Valley: SM team physician of at least one HS. _x000D_ No Hospital or ED call; Practice Call only 1:4. Call availability to HS LAT. _x000D_ 24 pts in an 8 hr/day with some additional double booking as directed by the physician_x000D x000D_Offering the full spectrum of surgical and non-surgical care, including sports medicine, therapy services, physical medicine and rehabilitation, rheumatology and pain management. Our care model ensures patients receive the right care on their schedule from the right providers. This easy-access model means doctors, surgeons and therapists have more opportunity to discuss each patients individual treatment and recovery together.
