The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions within an Am Law firm setting.Duties:Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary agreements.Conduct due diligence investigations and analyze findings.Assist in structuring transactions to achieve clients' business objectives.Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.Requirements:4-6 years of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law firm.Excellent writing and analytical skills.Prior experience with Am Law 100 law firms preferred.Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.Education:Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar.Skills:Strong understanding of corporate law principles.Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
