Job Title: Human Performance Program Manager Location: FBI and DOJ facilities in Northern Virginia. Duties and Responsibilities: Design and lead weekly group and personal fitness training sessions. Provide feedback and guidance to personnel during training. Assist with injury prevention and recovery. Share training plans and updates with remote team members. Conduct body composition and injury risk assessments. Lead monthly sessions on fitness, nutrition, and resilience. Maintain gym equipment and order supplies. Serve as an Emergency Medical Responder during training. Qualifications: Background in nutrition, sports nutrition, kinesiology, physical therapy, exercise physiology, or related fields. Experience in high-demand environments like U.S. Special Operations, Olympic/professional sports, or Division I athletics. Strong coaching, injury prevention, and rehab skills.
