You’ll be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring guest services are exemplary. Applicants should have experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrate a commitment to customer service, and come to work with a positive attitude. Responsibilities: • Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager• Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints• Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies• Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction• Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies Qualifications: • Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired• Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position• 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry• Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) About Company: Next to the Highway 19/I-285 intersection, our stylish suites are at the heart of the Perimeter Center business district.
