We have an opening in the Philadelphia, PA office for a tax controversy associate in our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have two to seven years of relevant experience, a Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:● Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.● Tax controversy experience (audits, appeals) required.● Experience in tax litigation.We are proud to offer a comprehensive program of benefits designed to serve the diverse needs of our attorneys and staff.
