They are expanding their concepts and are seeking a regional manager to help oversee their operations. This prosents a great opportunity for a industry leader to join a growing group Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to improve financial performance. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, service, and overall guest experience across all locations. Oversee inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply levels. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role in the restaurant industry. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures. Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
