The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive reviews of all conditions precedent to filing actions, including examining loan documents, financial statements, and demand letters.Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions.Ensure all internal systems are updated with accurate findings, documentation, and recommendations.Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.Communicate effectively through verbal and written electronic correspondence.Analyze corrective action opportunities and present well-informed recommendations.Demonstrate meticulous, analytical skills and attention to detail in all tasks.Work independently to manage and prioritize workload.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar membership in both Florida and New Jersey.A strong understanding of the basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control is preferred.Intermediate to advanced-level computer skills and proficiency in general office software.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively.Skills:High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.Strong commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active Bar membership in Florida.Active Bar membership in New Jersey.Job Location:Boca Raton, FL This Florida-based law firm is a full-service legal practice that provides specialized representation for the benefit of clients.
