The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in taking ownership of cases and collaborating effectively within a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities:Assume responsibility for cases related to media and entertainment litigation.Work collaboratively with team members to develop and execute litigation strategies.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and arguments.Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.Participate in all aspects of litigation, including hearings, depositions, and trials. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar.Minimum of 4 years of copyright and trademark litigation experience.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.Admission to the New York State Bar.
