In this role, you will leverage your insurance sales experience to train and mentor new agents, while managing and expanding our business operations. **Key Responsibilities:** **Training and Mentoring:** Provide training and guidance to new insurance agents, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets. Share your expertise and best practices in life and health insurance sales.**Business Management:** Oversee daily sales and metrics, ensuring the smooth functioning of business activities. Implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability.**Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure that clients' needs are met with the highest standards of service.**Sales and Marketing:** Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients.
