About the Job Easterseals UCP, a non-profit in North Carolina and Virginia, seeks part-time Direct Service Providers (DSPs) to support clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges. No experience is needed, and pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour. Positions are available in multiple locations, including Charlotte, Concord, Davidson, Eastway Drive, East Independence, Huntersville, Matthews, Mooresville, and South Charlotte, with varying hours and shifts. DSPs will assist clients with daily activities and employment support, ensuring meaningful and enjoyable days.
