The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working on antitrust and class action defense litigation. Job Overview:Provide support in antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.Utilize significant experience with Federal Court litigation (preferred).Demonstrate excellent academic background and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to antitrust and class action defense litigation.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist in the preparation of discovery requests and responses.Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy development.Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as needed.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Provide timely and effective communication to clients and internal team members. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in good standing for the jurisdiction of practice.3-5 years of experience working on antitrust and class action defense litigation.Strong understanding of Federal Court litigation procedures (preferred).Exceptional academic background with a focus on litigation-related coursework. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. Skills:Proficient in legal research and analysis.Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
