The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Job Overview:Provide legal representation to clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies and legal arguments.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for hearings and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Duties:Represent clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related issues.Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.Assist with case management and strategy development.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Requirements:3-5 years of experience working on antitrust and class action defense litigation.Strong understanding of Federal Court litigation procedures.Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
