Requirements:Admitted to practice law in California.Preferably 2-4 years of experience in tax law.Strong understanding of transactional tax principles. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Any relevant tax certifications are advantageous. Skills:Proficiency in utilizing legal research tools and databases.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
