Summary We are hiring Co-Lead Teachers for our early learning programs at our NAEYC-accredited Goddard Schools in McKinney! If you are passionate about early childhood education and are looking to join a loving culture of educators and families, please apply to join our Team. We are locally owned, onsite every day, and committed to supporting our teachers and administrators to deliver the best possible early childhood education environment for our families. Duties Daily Responsibilities: Developing and implementing lesson plans Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child?s age and developmental level Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills Communicating appropriately and professionally with children, parents and fellow staff Meeting Goddard Quality Assurance and CT state licensing requirements Using and completing assessment tools Meeting the individual needs of the children including feeding and diapering/potty training Participating in staff and training meetings Requirements High School Diploma required. Early childhood education experience is preferred. Potty Training expertise is a bonus! Past experience in education is a plus! Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and fellow teachers. Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working together toward a common goal.
