Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the United States. Their Editorial and Core Claims team will be managing assets through the medical review process and leveraging modular content to create the most efficient and cost effective process. Overview This is an on/offsite position and you will be required to be onsite as needed. You will report into the Aquent Studios SVP and partner with the client to oversee the editorial process of managing promotional and non-promotional materials through the Medical review process. This is a key role for a results-oriented person with the ability to communicate effectively, encourage sound decision-making, and guide the teams they work with to successfully deliver on commitments. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, an agency and/or internal creative department where high-quality results are required. You will need experience managing the creation of marketing and other supporting materials. Principal Accountabilities i) Oversee Medical, Legal and Regulatory Approval Process, Editorial and Support Services Team in ensuring the efficiency of process and establishing best practices.ii) Ensure timely submission of promotional and non-promotional materials.iii) Develop and support best practices in execution of MLR submission through approval process.iv) Act as Single Point of Contact aligning with the Client Editorial POC and leveraging Managing Editors to ensure proper workload assignment across teams and aligned with business priorities.v) Be a strategic partner to identify and operationalize innovative ways of working on new industry best practices. vi) Provide quarterly and/or point of view recommendations that could support transformation of existing MAP function and deliver operational efficiencies.Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations Track project and financial milestones and tasks with assigned teams Partner with ME's to oversee a team of 40 that will be primarily off-site Partner with ME's to Identify and remove impediments that block the team's ability to meet project objectives Provide timely status reports; introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks Facilitate team discussions and help resolve conflict Communicate timelines and approval framework for cross-team understanding Orchestrate the efforts of cross-functional teams to execute on strategic launches, awareness campaigns and events to ensure all stakeholders are updated Identify, develop, and roll-out new processes when appropriate Cultivate strong partnerships with clients Legal, Medical Review, Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Design teams as well as internal Aquent Studios teams. Manage day-to-day tasks of program execution Track schedules and update/communicate status for weekly status meetings rounds Monitor and advocate adherence to process; identify process gaps/improvements and tools to improve efficiency across teams Track programs to budget; have a good understanding of budget and facilitate conversations between Creative, Marketing and producer if/when costs impact deliverable Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years project /program management experience in a creative/editorial or agency environment Extensive experience with editorial processes for development of all media. Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience working cross-functionally Ability to use effectively, common PM tools (Workfront, Robohead, Google docs) Marketing, Agency experience (both in-house and outside agency a plus) Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities Compensation Range: $125 - 132K The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
