Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Location: Austin, TX Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Ways2Well. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, with a focus on social media management, merchandise management, and product support. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with cross-functional teams to help us grow our rapidly expanding health and wellness business. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management: Manage social media channels, including posting content, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and tracking growth with a data-driven and analytical eye. Follow a content strategy developed by the Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with Ways2Well’s strategic communication goals and brand guidelines. Report digital media analytics and report on key performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies. 2. Merchandise Management: Oversee inventory for merchandise items, including tracking stock levels and coordinating restocks as needed. Collaborate with vendors to create new swag items and ensure timely delivery to clinic locations. Act as a liaison for new and upcoming designs, gathering feedback from stakeholders and facilitating approvals. 3. Product Support: Assist with the launch of new products, including supplements, skincare, and other offerings developed by Ways2Well. Coordinate product sampling initiatives and assist with promotional campaigns to generate awareness and drive sales. Provide ongoing support across internal teams, answering product-related inquiries and resolving issues as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in marketing or related role, with a focus on social media management and project coordination. Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and the ability to think strategically. High proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Enthusiasm to join a company that is rapidly growing and cutting edge in health and wellness.
