The Sr. Azure Cloud Engineer will be responsible for planning, configuration, implementation of MIB Cloud services with a focus on the Microsoft Azure Cloud REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or equivalent experience 3+ Years Azure Cloud Engineering experience Azure cloud certification required Fluency with AWS Cloud Experience a plus Primary Responsibilities Create and maintain secure cloud computing environments for the company primarily in Microsoft Azure Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Security, Development and Architecture to ensure security best practices are implemented across the Azure infrastructure. Setting up monitoring and alerting tools in cloud environments to detect security incidents and vulnerabilities. Implement access management and security controls in cloud environments to ensure compliance with security standards Administer, secure and maintain virtual Windows/Linux machines as needed as well as native Azure technologies Minimum Qualifications - Technical: Advanced system troubleshooting skills Administration of M365, Azure AD (Entra), Active Directory Understand the concepts of infrastructure as code design Experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible Experience with DevOps, CI/CD Pipeline, Agile Framework Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail Minimum Qualifications - Organizational: Ability to work in a manner that supports the organization’s goals and objectives. Strong customer-service orientation, organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Proficient in multi-tasking; Able to prioritize and execute tasks. Recommend technical strategies and solutions to IT Managed Services group to maintain and/or expand service levels. Assists in department budget preparation of cloud usage Coach and develop team members to excel and grow Powered by JazzHR
