Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a 1-5 year litigation associate to join their growing practice in Ft. Lauderdale. This firm is a leading labor and employment boutique that offers an incredible work environment and has a strong commitment to Diversity & Inclusion. Attorneys have the ability to work with clients in multiple industries and play an integral role in litigation matters. Ideal candidates will be able to manage a case from start to completion. Responsibilities : Draft and respond to pleadings Manage discovery Draft and argue motions Take and defend depositions Participate in mediation and trial Requirements : 1-5 years litigation experience (ideally in employment law) Wage & Hour experience a plus JD from an accredited law school with stellar academic credentials Admitted and in good standing admission with Florida Bar Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong writing and analytical skills Self starter who thrives in an independent environment and also as part of team About Zerega Consulting:Zerega Consulting is a woman-owned and managed legal recruiting and consulting company.
