Description:
Responsibility Receive RFQ from customer; Sole interface with customer Review quantity, drawings, customer expectations etc. Collaborate with Scheduling Supervisor Source materials/build quote Send out our RFQs to any 3rd parties Ensure that 3rd parties are vetted Send quote to customer Gather feedback, negotiations or changes Receive POs is received/denied Order material and verify delivery date Monitor delivery date and arrival of material Stay in touch with 3rd parties, verify process lead-times conform to our schedule and adjust as required Handle final inspection report Schedule delivery with Truck Driver General Skills & Qualifications Ability to read blueprints/drawings Attention to detail Safety Mechanical ability Ideally 1 year of experience or trade school (but not required) Benefits Competitive wages 100% Paid Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance HSA Safe Harbor 401K (3%) Life Insurance Paid Vacation Available Supplementary Insurance Family Owned and Operated
