Position: EH&S Supervisor Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor Salary: Based on Experience + 15% Bonus + Excellent benefits Location: Augusta, GA and Dudley, GA. Georgia Industry: Lumber, Wood Products, Forestry, Paper & Pulp Position Description This position will work with team members to develop a world-class EH&S culture, ensuring environmental compliance and eliminating workplace injuries. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support to our members and leadership team in the identification of workplace hazards, reporting and investigation of incidents, and the development of a comprehensive safety program. Assist EH&S Manager in leading facility EH&S programs Ensure compliance with OSHA General Industry Standards and company Standards Ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations and policies and company Standards Facilitate EH&S training for all members Measure progress toward meeting our EH&S targets and objectives. EH&S Timely Reporting and Recordkeeping Provide triage and first aid in the event of injury to a TM or contractor Contributes to the health screening process, health education programs, OSHA recordkeeping, hearing conservation process, etc. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the EH&S Manager Education and Experience: 5 to 10 + years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment. 3 to 5 years of Supervisory experience.
