The Headlines: In the role of eCommerce Business Development Manager, B2B working in Chicago, you will be part of the B2B eCommerce team reporting to the Senior Manager, B2B eCommerce. The eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager, B2B willlead the marketing planning process of key B2B eCommerce customers in North America as well as lead projects that accelerate Molson Coors eCommerce business strategies and priorities in one to two regions. You will be a key contributor to developing the eCommerce practice at Molson Coors and influencing how the field organization evolves go:to:market capabilities. This position works closely with sales, field marketing, sales operations, sales technology and other cross functional teams. The Responsibilities: : Develop marketing programs rooted in data and an understanding of organizational priorities and market dynamics that are locally relevant and effective.: Regionally build and socialize best practices in B2B marketing, data and technology end to end, from messaging to insights to optimization, collaborating with field marketing to understand needs and sales priorities:Monitor, engage and build eCommerce capabilities and partnerships with custom B2B eCommerce platforms with regional distributorsto advance organizational strategies:Understand and prioritize opportunities to address retailer needs on B2B eCom portals and advocate for features and technologies that serve those needs:Segment retailer outreach by account type, where appropriate, to create optimal personalized experiences:Work as part of a team to identify and implement digital marketing technologies that reach retailers at scale :Be a collaborator and a conduit to identify needs within your region, communicate those opportunities to the greater organization and then bring solutions back to the field. :Manage agency scope and budgets including building annual scope plan requirements The Other Qualifications: :You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field;:You have at least 5+ years experiencein eCommerce, preferably in technology, data, marketing functions.:You have owned relationships with customers, identifying and collaboratively building based on key business needs. :You understand eCommerce data and can optimize accordingly. You can communicate insights to all levels of stakeholders. :You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy. You thrive in ambiguity and can demonstrate success without all the answers or data.:You have a strong bias for action.
