A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Security. Key Responsibilities: Guide and coach the Blue Team on Information Protection, Incident Detection and Response, and Service Delivery Recruit, develop, and scale a team of security engineers, providing strategic oversight Collaborate with customers and partners to enhance security posture Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Security Engineering, Operations, or Architecture experience CISSP, GCIH, or similar certification preferred Experience managing distributed teams of remote engineers Experience with PCI-DSS compliance and regulatory standards Knowledge of attacker tactics, incident response, and cyber security standards
