Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Manager, Residential Contractor Program in Suwanee, GA. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for creating and implementing the "go to market" strategy for the Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor (DC) program and Trane/Mitsubishi Electric and American Standard/Mitsubishi Electric Ductless Pro (DP) programs for the US residential HVAC industry to attract and retain the best contractors in each geographic market.The key performance indicators (KPIs) for this position are number contractors (currently roughly 5400 total) in each program tier vs. the annual goal, year-over-year revenue growth of M-, Nv-, & P-Series products, Contractor Scorecard improvement, consumer lead generation conversion rate and value-added services utilization (ie. financing, leasing, extended warranties, sales apps, etc.). The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following: Develop, implement, and continually improve the METUS Diamond Contractor and Ductless Pro tiered programs including contractor qualifications, program benefits, vendor partnerships, and overall program engagement. Ensure compliance to the residential program process and procedures. Oversee DC Program budget Conduct Contractor Community Summit (CCS) conference(s) annually either nationally or regionally based on the needs of the business. Working with IT and the Residential Business Units, manage and update the Contractor Scorecard process Work with IT and Marketing to support the Contractor Portal and consumer experience related to the program contractor's visibility on the dealer locator. Partner with our financing and leasing providers to create and implement strategies driving contractor engagement, sales growth, and product mix improvement while delighting contractors and consumers. Partner with ACO Legal as needed for contracted vendor relationships Conduct Contractor Round Tables to understand VOC and develop program and resource improvements based on feedback. Work with Marketing and IT to ensure programs and processes reflect the overall contractor development strategies. Identify new program partners adding value to program contractors directly resulting in growing METUS product sales. Vet vendors and manage pilot programs before formalizing partnership agreements. Work with Legal to create necessary pilot and partnership agreements. Manage contractor value added programs such as extended labor programs. Willing to travel up to 50% for various Company meetings and training both domestically and possibly internationally Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. 5 years sales or marketing experience in the HVAC industry. Experience creating and executing programs for Distributors and Contractors. Ability to create and understand business plans. Excellent communication, both written and verbal Proficient in all Microsoft Office products. Team player demonstrating METUS core values including a desire to win together, deliver excellence, drive sustainability, focus on execution and learn continuously. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $104,000 and $143,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid [parental/disability/emergency/etc.] leave, if eligible.
